Job summary

The Valley Health System invites applications for the Interventional Technologist Fellow position at The Valley Hospital-Paramus. This nine-month Fellowship Program is designed to prepare radiologic technologists for specialty practice within the Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory, Electrophysiology Laboratory, or Neurovascular Interventional Laboratory.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology Program.
• Current NJ Radiologic Technologist licensure required.
• ARRT certification required.
• BLS certification required; ACLS within fellowship timeframe.
• Completion of all Fellowship Program educational requirements.

Responsibilities

• Fellows function as members of the interventional team and progress toward independent practice.
• Assist with diagnostic and interventional procedures under supervision.
• Participate in classroom education, simulation, and mentorship components.
