Job summary

PartnerCare’s Florida Spine & Pain Center seeks a physician specializing in spine and musculoskeletal interventions to deliver advanced pain management and restore function for patients in Pembroke Pines and Broward County.

The role requires an MD/DO with 4–7 years post-graduate training, a Pain Management Fellowship (preferred), and an active Florida medical license. You will join a multidisciplinary team of physicians, APPs, nurses, and staff in a fast-paced clinical and procedural environment.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree or foreign equivalent required.
• 4-7 years of post-graduate training including internship and residency required.
• Completion of a Pain Management Fellowship or in-process of completing an ACGME-accredited fellowship required.
• Board certified or board eligible by ABPMR, ABA, or ABR with Interventional Radiology Subspecialty preferred.
• Active and unrestricted state medical license and DEA registration required.
• Current BLS and ACLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive, multi-disciplinary pain management care and may supervise Advanced Practice Providers.
• Evaluate patients for medical concerns including injury, disease, chronic pain, and disabling conditions through physical examinations and histories.
• Determine and implement treatment plans providing relief from chronic pain using medications, nerve blocks, electrical stimulation, and other therapies.
• Determine and order appropriate diagnostic radiology exams and laboratory studies.
• Perform interventional procedures primarily in an outpatient or Ambulatory Surgery Center setting.
• Monitor ongoing patient progress and modify treatment plans as clinically necessary.
