Completed PM&R residency with fellowship in interventional spine/pain medicine.
ACGME fellowship in pain medicine, interventional spine, or sports medicine.
Board eligibility/certification in PM&R and pain medicine or sports medicine.

Responsibilities

Practice PM&R and interventional spine/pain management, predominantly outpatient.
Engage in teaching medical students, residents and fellows.
Provide electrodiagnostic evaluations and ultrasound-guided procedures where available.
Expand spasticity management, prosthetics, and TBI care within a neuroscience center.
