Job summary

Valley Health System is seeking an Interventional RN Fellow to join its Paramus site. The nine‑month fellowship blends didactic education, simulation, and hands‑on training to prepare nurses for independent practice in the Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory, EP Lab, or Neurovascular Lab.

The program emphasizes mentorship, clinical preceptorship, and protective radiation practices as you advance toward call readiness and role independence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing required.
• Current/valid New Jersey RN license.
• BLS certification required.
• ACLS certification required within fellowship-defined timeframe.
• Completion of all Fellowship Program educational requirements.

Responsibilities

• Fellows participate as members of the interventional team and progress toward independent practice.
• Develop clinical expertise in cardiovascular, EP, neurovascular and peripheral procedures.
• Upon completion, function as an independent Interventional RN within the assigned service.
