Job summary

Natividad Medical Center is seeking qualified Interventional Radiologic Technologists to join the Interventional Radiology Department in Salinas, CA. The role involves scrubbing in, assisting with diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, and maintaining high standards of patient care.

Qualifications

Required license: California Radiologic Technologist license or ability to obtain before start.
ARRT certification and CRT/ARRT CV/CI/VI or equivalent desirable.
Graduation from an ARRT-accredited program is required to qualify.

Responsibilities

Circulate and scrub in to assist IR teams during procedures.
Assist physicians with invasive diagnostic/interventional procedures using sterile technique.
Obtain and identify angiographic images using radiation-reducing techniques.
Instruct patients on positioning and equipment adjustments; ensure proper table setup.
Document procedures, vital signs, meds, labs, allergies in EMR and PACS.
