StaffDNA is seeking a Radiology Technologist specializing in Interventional Radiology to support minimally invasive procedures with real-time imaging guidance. You will work closely with physicians and nurses in a fast-paced hospital or IR suite, ensuring patient safety and high-quality results.

The role emphasizes preparing patients, operating imaging equipment, and maintaining sterile technique, while also monitoring vitals, documenting procedures, and performing routine equipment checks.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for interventional radiology procedures by explaining the process and positioning them appropriately.
• Operate fluoroscopy and other imaging equipment to provide real-time guidance during procedures.
• Assist physicians in performing diagnostic and therapeutic interventions, such as angiograms, stent placements, or biopsies.
• Maintain a sterile environment and adhere to infection control protocols during procedures.
• Monitor patients' vital signs and ensure their safety and comfort throughout the procedure.
• Document procedures accurately and maintain detailed patient records.
• Perform routine maintenance and quality checks on imaging equipment to ensure optimal performance.
