Job summary

Soliant Health is seeking an Interventional Radiology Technologist for a contract role in Falls Church, VA. You will set up and operate imaging equipment for interventional procedures, assist physicians during image-guided minimally invasive interventions, and ensure patient safety and documentation.

This position offers weekly earnings between $3,025 and $3,200, with eligibility for healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals.

Qualifications

• Certified and registered as an Interventional Radiology Technologist (ARRT or equivalent).
• Proven experience performing diagnostic and therapeutic interventional radiology procedures.
• Proficient in operating advanced imaging equipment used in vascular and non-vascular interventions.
• Current BLS certification required.
• Strong sterile technique and infection control knowledge in imaging.
• Excellent communication and patient care with a collaborative team approach.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate imaging equipment for interventional radiology procedures with optimal image quality and patient safety.
• Assist physicians during image-guided minimally invasive procedures, including prep, monitoring, and post-care.
• Maintain accurate patient documentation per regulatory standards and department protocols.
• Monitor inventory of supplies and ensure materials and equipment are ready for each procedure.
• Uphold patient confidentiality and foster a comforting environment throughout encounters.
