Mayo Clinic in Florida is seeking a Radiologic Technologist specialized in Interventional Radiology. You will perform diagnostic and interventional imaging in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with radiologists and surgeons to ensure patient safety and high-quality care.

Responsibilities include operating fluoroscopy and ultrasound, maintaining sterile technique, and providing intraoperative support. Requires ARRT registration, Florida license, and BLS within 90 days; on-site full-time

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• Experience in sterile environments and aseptic technique preferred.
• 1–2 years IR technologist experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and communication.
• Must be ARRT Registered Technologist in Radiography.
• Florida Radiography license required; ARRT VI registration possible within 18 months.
• BLS certification within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality diagnostic imaging for Vascular and Neuro Interventional Radiology.
• Operate diverse imaging equipment and supplies; maintain sterile technique.
• Assist radiologists and surgeons intraoperatively as needed.
• Prepare interventional rooms and equipment; monitor data and devices.
• Record patient data; operate fluoroscopy and ultrasound equipment.
• Post-process images, perform quality control, and sterilize instruments.
• Work independently with minimal supervision during procedures.
• Support advanced IR procedures including oncologic and vascular interventions.
