Job Summary

Responsible for performing Interventional, Neuro, and Endovascular procedures, including technical, procedural, and equipment performance, patient care, education, and interfacing with clinical departments. Maintains department relationships, ensures imaging quality, and participates in regulatory compliance.

Job Duties

1. Provides invasive procedure assistance and digital imaging during embolization, tumor treatments, intracranial and intravascular stenting, limb preservation, and endovascular repair of Aortic aneurysms.
2. Assists physicians during procedures, diagnostics, and treatments, operating and monitoring equipment, and providing patient support.
3. Prepares and positions patients, administers contrast media, and ensures safety standards.
4. Explains procedures to patients, reports reactions, documents medical information, and maintains supplies.
5. Operates digital imaging equipment, reconstructs images, and performs quality control tests.
6. Monitors radiation doses and ensures equipment sterilization and proper setup.
7. Maintains scheduling and documentation, orders supplies, and handles quality improvement tasks.

Work is performed in a clinical environment, complying with policies and procedures. Additional competencies will be outlined in department-specific orientation.

Position Details

$7500 SIGN ON BONUS

Ten-hour shifts, day shifts, with rotation of on-call weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

Education & Experience

Graduate from Specialty Training Program in Radiologic Technology (Required). Certified Radiology Technologist by ARRT and BLS certification.
