Job summary

Northwestern Medicine in Illinois is seeking an Interventional Radiology Technologist to perform diagnostic and interventional procedures using digital imaging under physician supervision. The role supports scrub and circulating responsibilities, image reconstruction, patient prep and recovery, and on-call coverage, with a strong emphasis on safety and quality.

Eligible candidates have 1 year of interventional lab or critical care experience and ARRT licensure.

Qualifications

• One year of Interventional Lab or Critical Care experience.
• Knowledge of anatomy and physiology.
• Graduate of accredited radiology school-RT (R).

Responsibilities

• Under general physician supervision, functions in scrub and circulating roles.
• Performs image reconstruction/processing.
• Assists with Interventional Lab patient preparation, transportation, and recovery as necessary.
• Provides call coverage as scheduled.

Job description

The salary range for this position is $39.00 - $59.66 (Hourly Rate)

Sign-on bonus available for this position: $15,000.

Placement within the salary range is dependent on several factors such as relevant work experience and internal equity. For positions represented by a labor union, placement within the salary range is guided by the rules outlined in the collective bargaining agreement.

• The Interventional Lab Radiology Technologist performs a variety of diagnostic and interventional procedures utilizing digital imaging.
