Job summary

Surgery Partners, Inc. is seeking an Interventional Radiologic Technologist to support the clinical team by preparing sterile trays, scrubbing with the radiologist, and assisting with fluoroscopic and x-ray procedures. You will position patients, operate the C-Arm, and ensure images are properly captured and saved.

The role emphasizes radiation safety, patient interaction, and collaboration with physicians and dialysis facilities as part of our community program.

Qualifications

• Current valid certificate as a certified Radiologic Technologist in diagnostic radiologic technology issued by the State Department of Health Services.
• ARRT certification required; CV or VIR certification preferred.
• Two years of experience, including training in radiologic techniques and methods, under an accredited medical radiologist.
• Knowledge of sterile technique and BLS required; ACLS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist clinical team, set up sterile surgical trays, scrub with radiologist during procedures.
• Prepare and position patient for diagnostic imaging; obtain and save images.
• Operate C-Arm and monitor patients during procedures; maintain image directory.
• Ensure radiation safety and participate in monthly safety meetings.
• Maintain inventory and supply par levels with Medical Director and Purchasing.
