Qualifications

• Successful completion of Radiologic Technologist program.
• Upon hire: California Radiologic Technologist licensure.
• Upon hire: ARRT Radiography certification.
• Within 1 year: ARRT Vascular-Interventional Radiography certification.
• Upon hire: BLS certification (American Heart Association).
• Preferred: 1 year of experience as a Radiologic Technologist.
• Preferred: Cath Lab or IR Radiologic Technologist experience.

Responsibilities

• The IR/Cath Lab Technologist performs duties of a Radiologic Technologist and develops competency in IR and/or Cath Lab procedures.
• They may be independently competent in one modality and proficient at simple procedures for adults and pediatric patients.
