Inspira Health Network is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to perform diagnostic radiographic examinations as prescribed by licensed physicians. You will assist with a wide range of cardiac, vascular, and interventional procedures, while adhering to radiation safety and QA protocols. Requirements include an AMA-approved Radiologic Technology program, ARRT registration, BLS, ACLS, and 1 year of Neuro IR experience.

RCIS is preferred. Per diem positions require 1-2 years' experience.

Formación

• Completion of an AMA approved, accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• Minimum 1 year of Neuro IR experience required.
• Per diem requires 1-2 years' experience.
• ARRT Radiologic Technologist Registry required.
• American Heart Association BLS required.
• Basic Dysrhythmia knowledge within one month; ACLS within 3 months.
• RCIS preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Performs diagnostic radiographic examinations as prescribed by a licensed radiologist, interventional radiologist, interventional cardiologist, or vascular surgeon.
• Assists physicians with procedures including diagnostic, routine, and emergent cardiac, vascular, and interventional radiographic steps.
• Uses radiation-producing equipment within department guidelines and participates in QA, dosimetry dosimeter handling, hemodynamic monitoring, patient prep, and scrub assistance.

MAJOR FUNCTION:Performs diagnostic radiographic examinations as prescribed by a licensed radiologist, interventional radiologist, interventional cardiologist, or vascular surgeon. Assists physicians with all aspects of a wide variety of procedures including diagnostic, routine, and emergent cardiac, vascular, and interventional radiographic procedures.
