Job summary

Johns Hopkins Hospital is seeking a full-time Interventional Radiology Tech to assist in invasive body procedures and coordinate patient care. The IR Rad Tech will support the team in the Radiology Department under the supervision of physicians, ensuring high-quality patient care.

Shift: Full Time 7:00am–5:30pm with on-call. Eligible for a quarterly parking supplement and generous benefits. New grads accepted and opportunities for growth and tuition reimbursement are offered.

Qualifications

• Completion of an AMA approved program in Radiologic Technologist or equivalent.
• ARRT certification.
• MD Radiography license through the MD Board of Physicians.
• Current CPR card.
• ACLS certification required within 60 days after orientation.
• Experience is preferred.
• New grads accepted.

Responsibilities

• Assist in performing invasive body procedures and coordinating patient care.
• Work under supervision of IR physicians to ensure patient safety.
• Support radiology team in the Interventional Radiology suite.

Education

AMA approved Radiologic Technologist program

ARRT certification

MD Radiography license through the MD Board of Physicians

Current CPR certification

ACLS certification within 60 days after orientation

Experience preferred

Salary Range: Minimum 42.33/hour - Maximum 69.88/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
