Job summary

Henry Ford Health is seeking an Interventional Technologist to join the Interventional Radiology team. You will assist physicians during diagnostic and interventional procedures, perform scrub or circulator duties, and ensure high-quality imaging under physician supervision.

The role requires ARRT registration with CI/VI/CV specializations (or eligible) and BCLS, along with maintaining continued medical education credits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent required.
• Must maintain required hours of continued medical education.
• Interpersonal and communication skills necessary to develop and maintain a wide variety of cooperative working relationships and conveys information clearly and consistently through verbal and written medium.
• Analytical ability necessary to determine best method of providing requested test based on the specifics of each individual case.

Responsibilities

• Assist physicians during diagnostic and interventional procedures by performing scrub or circulator functions.
• Operate and maintain angiographic and supporting procedural equipment and supplies.
• Utilize independent judgment in determining appropriate imaging techniques, patient positioning, and safety practices.
