Job summary

Methodist Medical Center of Oak Ridge, part of Covenant Health, is seeking a Registered Interventional Technologist in Interventional Radiology. You will perform diagnostic imaging, monitor patients, and maintain sterile technique in the cath lab.

A strong knowledge of cardiac/vascular procedures and ARRT CV/VI or RCIS/RCES credentials is required. Position offers a $20,000 sign-on for qualified candidates and a standard full-time schedule (80 hours per pay period, day shift) on-site in Oak

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of radiologic technology.
• Knowledge of cardiac cath procedures, cine film development, and sterile technique.

Responsibilities

• Operate cardiac and vascular imaging equipment.
• Monitor patients physiologically during procedures.
• Maintain aseptic technique in sterile field.
• Process imaging data and ensure accurate patient records.
• Assist with coding and billing for procedures and supplies.
