Job summary

Covenant Health is seeking a Registered Interventional Technologist in Jackson Square, TN. This full-time role includes performing diagnostic imaging, ensuring proper use of imaging equipment, and monitoring patients. Candidates should have a degree in radiologic technology and knowledge of cardiac procedures. A $20,000 sign-on bonus is offered for experienced technologists. Special certifications in cardiovascular interventional technology are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have working knowledge of cardiac cath diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
• Knowledge of the bio-psychosocial needs of adult, geriatric and pediatric patients is essential.
• Experience and use of diagnostic and interventional cardiac/vascular imaging are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic imaging of patients.
• Ensure correct usage of cardiac and vascular imaging equipment.
• Monitor patients physiologically.
• Perform compliant coding and billing for procedures and supplies.
