The Interventional Radiologic Technologist will support a high-volume department recognized for efficiency, safety, and outstanding patient outcomes. The Interventional Radiology Technologist reports directly to an accomplished Imaging Services Manager and works closely with board-certified interventional radiologists and cardiologists. Alongside supportive nurses and a diverse team of healthcare professionals, the Interventional Imaging Specialist performs routine and specialized interventional radiology, cardiac catheterization, and electrophysiology procedures to generate high-quality diagnostic images. The IR Rad Tech applies sound clinical judgment, works independently, and promotes the safe, precise completion of procedures while maintaining compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations. Responsibilities include patient assessment, attentive monitoring, and effective communication with patients and their support systems.
