USA Health in Mobile, AL seeks a skilled Radiologic Technologist with interventional radiology experience to support procedures and patient care. You will assist the Interventional Radiologist, maintain sterile technique, and ensure safety and accuracy in imaging and documentation.

Role requires ARRT registry in Diagnostic Radiology, ACLS within 180 days, and CPR. Prior IR or Cardiac Cath Lab experience is highly valued, with strong patient communication and teamwork.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent with approved Radiologic Technology coursework.
• Completion of an approved program in advanced radiologic modality or 1 year IR/Cath Lab experience.
• ARRT Registry in Diagnostic Radiology required.
• ACLS within 180 days required.
• CPR certification preferred/maintained.

Responsabilidades

• Performs a variety of radiologic procedures, including interventional work as directed.
• Assists Interventional Radiologist/Neuro-interventionalist in scrub role during procedures.
• Maintains radiation safety and proper patient positioning.
• Reviews orders and clarifies instructions with physicians as needed.
• Maintains equipment readiness and sterile technique.
• Provides patient education and facilitates smooth workflow in the department.
• Maintains CPT/HCPCS coding and documentation accuracy.
