Job summary

Atrium Health is seeking a qualified Radiologic Technologist to perform specialized radiography and fluoroscopic procedures in Centre, Alabama. The ideal candidate will possess a High School Diploma or GED, have completed an accredited Radiologic Technologist Program, and hold BLS and RTR certifications. This position offers a base compensation of $42 per hour along with various health benefits, PTO, and opportunities for annual increases based on performance.

Qualifications

• Requires standing and walking while wearing 10 to 15‑pound lead radiation protection aprons.
• Exposure to radiation, secretions, and blood.
• Confined working area requires normal vision, manual dexterity, and good eye‑hand coordination.

Responsibilities

• Perform specialized radiography and fluoroscopic coverage of procedures.
• Explain procedures to patients and prepare them accordingly.
• Obtain medications and supplies for administration.
• Maintain patient comfort during procedures.
• Document hemodynamic reports and patient data accurately.
