Job summary

Mayo Clinic Florida is seeking an Interventional Radiology Technologist to perform high-quality diagnostic imaging for complex vascular and neuro-interventional procedures. You will assist radiologists and surgeons intraoperatively, prepare rooms, maintain sterile technique, and operate fluoroscopy and ultrasound equipment.

Candidates should be graduates of an accredited Radiologic Technology program with ARRT certification and Florida licensure.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• ARRT certification and Florida license required.
• Experience in sterile environments and aseptic technique preferred.
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Performs high-quality diagnostic imaging for Vascular and Neuro Interventional Radiology.
• Acts as intraoperative first assist to radiologists and surgeons.
• Prepares interventional rooms and maintains sterile technique.
• Operates fluoroscopy, ultrasound, and 3D rotational angiography equipment.
• Performs image post-processing and quality control.
• Supports advanced IR procedures including angioplasty, stenting, embolization, and stroke interventions.
