Job summary

MetroHealth Medical Center in Cleveland, OH, is seeking an experienced Radiologic Technologist to join the Interventional Radiology Department. You will assist with a range of diagnostic and interventional procedures across multiple service lines, ensuring patient safety and comfort in a fluoroscopy-enabled environment.

The role requires ARRT RT certification, Ohio radiography licensure, and BLS/ACLS readiness, with on-call responsibilities discussed during orientation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency.
• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• Valid Radiographer License – State of Ohio.
• ARRT Registered Radiologic Technologist (RT).
• ACLS or obtained within 1 year of hire.
• BLS Certification from the AHA or obtained within probationary period.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work on-call hours on a rotating basis.
• Ability to interact with diverse backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist with a variety of diagnostic and interventional procedures across vascular, cardiology, cardiothoracic, interventional radiology, and neuroscience service lines.
• Support patient care from infancy to geriatric populations in the fluoroscopy suite.
• Provide a safe environment for procedures involving fluoroscopy.
• Operate in a multipurpose role per MetroHealth policies and applicable regulations.
