Job summary

HCA Healthcare Trident Hospital in Charleston, SC, is seeking an Interventional Radiology Technologist to oversee patient care during invasive procedures in the Interventional Lab. The position includes circulating, physiologically monitoring patients, and performing sterile scrub duties for diagnostic and interventional vascular and neuro-endovascular procedures.

The successful candidate will work with radiologists and neurovascular surgeons, may supervise students, and be required to provide

Qualifications

• Graduate of AMA approved school of Radiologic Technology and ARRT.
• Experience in Neurovascular and General Interventional procedures required.
• Excellent understanding of endovascular and neuro-endovascular devices required.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support required.
• ARRT-R Radiography required.
• SCRQSA required.

Responsibilities

• Circulating and physiologically monitoring patients during procedures.
• Perform sterile scrub procedures for diagnostic and interventional procedures.
• Assist with vascular and neuro-endovascular procedures.
• Direct supervision of students as directed by supervisor.
• After-hours coverage for acute emergent vascular and neurovascular cases.
