Job summary

Good Shepherd Health Care System in Hermiston, Oregon, is seeking an Interventional Radiology Tech to support fluoroscopic imaging, sterile technique, and procedural workflow in the Interventional Radiology department.

The role collaborates with physicians, nurses, and the interdisciplinary team to ensure safe, efficient patient care. Requires ARRT, OBMI licensure, and 1+ year IR/Cath Lab experience; BLS/ACLS preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program required.
• Current Oregon State licensure issued by OBMI, ARRT certification, RT(R).; BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Experience: at least 1 year in Interventional Radiology and/or Cath Lab managing fluoroscopy and scrubbing cases.

Responsibilities

• Operate fluoroscopic and radiographic imaging systems during diagnostic and interventional procedures.
• Scrub as needed, prepare sterile instruments and catheters, anticipate physician needs.
• Monitor hemodynamic data and documentation; communicate real-time findings to the team.
• Assist with patient preparation, positioning, monitoring equipment, and post-procedure cleanup.
