Job summary

Soliant Health in Milwaukee is seeking skilled Interventional Radiology Techs, Cath Lab Techs, or IR technologists for a contract role delivering high-quality imaging services and patient support in a dynamic hospital setting. You'll work with physicians to assist in diagnosis and minimally invasive procedures.

Ideal candidates hold ARRT/RCIS, state licensure, BLS/ACLS, and proven experience with imaging equipment, sterile technique, and vascular interventions.

Qualifications

• Certification as an Interventional Radiology Tech, Cath Lab Tech, or equivalent experience in advanced imaging procedures.
• ARRT (R) and/or RCIS certification required (or eligibility to obtain).
• State licensure as applicable to practice.
• BLS/ACLS certification required.
• Demonstrated experience operating imaging equipment, utilizing sterile techniques, and assisting with vascular/interventional procedures.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to delivering compassionate, patient-focused care in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, operate, and maintain interventional imaging equipment, ensuring safety and compliance with protocols
• Assist physicians during diagnostic and therapeutic interventional radiology and cardiac catheterization procedures
• Monitor and document patient conditions before, during, and after procedures
• Adhere to infection control and radiation safety standards at all times
• Maintain detailed procedure records and collaborate with team members for efficient patient workflow
• Participate in procedural preparation, including patient positioning, equipment setup, and post-procedure clean up
• Maintain a high standard of quality assurance and continuous improvement
