Job summary

Soliant is seeking an experienced Interventional Radiology (IR) Technologist in Florence, SC to support physicians during minimally invasive procedures and ensure high-quality imaging. You will operate, maintain, and optimize imaging equipment while following sterile technique and radiation safety standards.

The role requires ARRT certification in Radiologic Technology with IR specialization, at least one year of IR tech experience in acute care, and strong communication with physicians, nurses,

Qualifications

• ARRT certification in Radiologic Technology with IR specialization
• Minimum 1 year IR Tech experience in acute care
• Proficiency with current imaging equipment and IR procedures
• Strong sterile technique and radiation safety knowledge
• Effective communication with physicians, nurses, and patients
• BLS certification required; other advanced certifications preferred
• Ability to document accurately in hospital systems

Responsibilities

• Assist physicians during minimally invasive diagnostic and interventional procedures
• Operate and maintain imaging equipment for high-quality images
• Prepare and position patients, ensuring safety and comfort
• Document patient information and procedure details in hospital systems
• Monitor patients for reactions or complications during and after procedures
• Maintain infection control and radiation safety guidelines
