IR Centers at New Jersey Urology (NJU) is seeking an Interventional Radiology Tech to support procedures at our new location opening in October 2026.
You will prepare patients and rooms, maintain a sterile environment, assist physicians during interventional procedures by passing instruments, and help with patient positioning and transfers, while ensuring HIPAA compliance and accurate documentation.
IR Centers at New Jersey Urology (NJU) is a multidisciplinary private practice endovascular lab. We are leading minimally invasive procedures at 40+ offices across the U.S. by providing interventional radiology services in an outpatient setting.
This is a new location opening in October 2026.

As an Interventional Radiology (IR) Tech at NJU, you will assist in preparing patients and procedure rooms for surgeries, ensuring all necessary supplies and equipment are ready. You will maintain a sterile environment, assist physicians during procedures by passing instruments, and help with patient positioning and transfers.
Qualifications:
High school diploma
Valid BLS Certification
ARRT Certification
Responsibilities:
Prepares patients and procedure rooms for radiology procedures
Skills:
Proven working experience as a surgical technologist
Proficient in maintaining a sterile field
Experienced in scrubbing in for surgical procedures
Knowledge of HIPAA and other healthcare regulations
Working knowledge of interventional equipment
Working conditions:
Employees may be exposed to infectious diseases. Must lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds and assist in patient transfers up to 400 pounds. Standing in a protective apron for 60-90 minutes is required. Reasonable accommodations for disabilities are available.
