Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health, Inc. is seeking an Interventional Radiology Tech to join a growing IR team at Mount Auburn Hospital. The role includes as primary scrub for cases, setup, prep and scrub assistance in a Hybrid OR, with vascular and non-vascular procedures.

On-call rotation is required with a fast on-site response. The candidate must hold MA Radiologic Technologist license and ARRT registration, with an opportunity for up to a $10,000 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Maintains ARRT registration and MA Radiologic Technologist license.
• Willingness to participate in rotating on-call schedule.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary scrub for interventional radiology cases.
• Set up, prep, scrub assist and float between IR rooms and the Hybrid OR.
• Assist with peripheral vascular and visceral angiography, PTA, stenting, embolization, thrombolytic Rx & Y-90.
• Support non-vascular procedures (biopsy, biliary, chest, drainage, gastric, nephro, tumor ablation, vertebroplasty).

We have two primary IR rooms and a Hybrid OR. Job duties include setup, prep, scrub assist and float. Cases include peripheral vascular and visceral angiography, PTA, stenting, embolization, thrombolytic Rx & Y-90. Non-vascular cases include biopsy, biliary, chest, drainage, gastric, nephro, tumor ablation & vetebroplasty. Days with call rotation, 4/10's available.Required qualifications:Maintains current A.R.R.T. registration and standards, holds a valid Commonwealth of Massachusetts Radiologic Technologist license.For positions requiring call takes call on a rotating basis as assigned by the supervisor after normal working hours. On-call response time is no longer than 1 hour however 45 minutes or less is the standard.**Pay Range:**$48.00 - $71.33The pay range listed for this position is the base hourly wage range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time.
