Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Radiologic Technology or hospital certificate program completed.
• New York State registry eligible in Radiologic Technology as of hire date or soon after.

Responsibilities

• Performs radiologic technologist tasks with patient identification and proper positioning.
• Assists with all angiography and digital acquisitions and pacemaker insertions.
• Maintains radiation safety (ALARA) and sterile technique during procedures.
• Documents cases and maintains daily procedural logs.
• Operates and maintains angio-related workstations and equipment.
• On-call responsibilities as required and assists in setup/turnover.
