Job summary

System Support is seeking a Special Procedures Tech-Float for the Interventional Radiology unit at Atrium Medical Center. The role covers both the AMC and MVH IR departments and requires an Associate degree in Allied Health, CPR Certification, and ARRT RT (R) registration.

Experience in interventional radiology procedures is essential. Ideal candidates will be proficient in EMR and RIS, with excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently. Full-time days shift with responsibilities including performing diagnostic quality IR procedures and coordinating patient care.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-3 years of job-related experience required.
• CPR Certification required along with ARRT RT (R) registry.
• Preferred: 3 years of progressive radiologic technology experience.

Responsibilities

• Performs interventional radiology procedures as ordered.
• Coordinates patient flow and departmental activities.
• Maintains knowledge of emergency equipment operation.
