HonorHealth seeks a Registered Nurse for the Interventional - RN role, providing comprehensive patient care in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include medication administration, IV management, patient assessment, and collaboration with physicians and the care team.

The RN must meet ANA standards, hold AZ RN licensure, and maintain BLS certification. BSN preferred or achievable within 60 months; 1-year RN experience for float positions is expected.

Formación

• Associate degree or diploma in nursing; BSN within 60 months or 5+ years RN experience.
• Licensed as RN in Arizona; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; unit-specific certifications as required.
• Float positions require 1 year RN experience; 10 months med-surg or acute care preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Follow ANA standards to plan and provide patient-centered nursing care.
• Administer medications, IV therapies, and monitor patient responses.
• Document nursing care and collaborate with the healthcare team.
• Support ongoing education and precept new staff as needed.
