Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an acute care setting (Med/Surg/Tele with ICU or PCU).
• Current American Heart Association or American Red Cross BLS at time of hire.
• Current Florida or Compact Nursing License.
• ACLS as of start date for most units; NRP for Women's Center; NIH for ICU/PCU; PALS/CPI for ER/PACU as specified.

Responsibilities

• Provides safe, competent nursing care for patients in accordance with facility policies and standards.
• Provides professional leadership and support to the healthcare team.
• Demonstrates service excellence standards at all times.
• Communication and interpersonal skills, basic computer skills, and customer service skills required.
