Job summary

St. Vincent's Medical Center in Bridgeport, CT is seeking an Interventional Radiology Nurse (RN) for per diem coverage across day shifts Monday through Friday, with occasional evenings and weekend call requirements.

The IR RN will provide high-quality nursing care across imaging modalities, support procedural sedation and recovery, and collaborate with the Radiology team in a fast-paced setting. CT RN license and BSN are required, ACLS certification preferred, with ICU experience.

Qualifications

• BSN required and CT RN license active.
• Strong cardiac/critical care background with ICU experience (2+ years).
• ACLS required and interventional radiology exposure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care across imaging modalities in Radiology.
• Administer and monitor sedation and recovery during procedures.
• Collaborate with Interventional Radiology team for safe patient care.
