The nurse will develop individualized care plans with the healthcare team, considering patient preferences and barriers. Responsibilities include documenting care plans, educating patients on post-treatment care and medications, and collaborating across the care continuum to ensure quality

Qualificações

• No minimum experience required; 2+ years in ICU, ED, Cath Lab, or IR preferred.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and patient education skills.
• Ability to work in a safety-sensitive environment with alertness and safety focus.
