Job summary

Responsibilities include administering medications, documenting patient data, monitoring conditions, and collaborating with the care team to update care plans. Requires nursing degree and NH RN license; BLS required, ACLS/NRP/PALS preferred.

Qualifications

• RN license (State of NH) or multi-state license
• BLS Certification required
• 3-5 years of clinical nursing experience
• Procedural nursing experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and detailed patient reports and records.
• Administer medications and monitor patients for reactions, side effects, and therapeutic responses.
• Record patients' medical information and vital signs accurately and timely.
• Monitor, document, and report symptoms, changes in condition, and other significant patient findings.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans.
• Modify patient treatment plans as indicated by patient responses and clinical needs.
