Job summary

HiredFirst is seeking an experienced Interventional Radiology RN to support a high-volume procedural imaging department within a Level I trauma center. You will provide comprehensive nursing care before, during, and after IR procedures, leveraging strong critical care and hemodynamic monitoring skills.

The role requires responsiveness to rapid patient changes and close collaboration with radiologists and procedural staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with interventional radiology experience.
• Experience in critical care and hemodynamic monitoring.
• Ability to respond rapidly to patient changes.

Responsibilities

• Provide pre- and post-procedure assessments.
• Monitor sedation and patient hemodynamics during procedures.
• Administer medications and IV therapy.
• Assist with angiography, biopsies, drain placements, and other IR procedures.
• Collaborate with radiologists and procedural staff.
