Job summary

Johns Hopkins Medicine in Baltimore is seeking an experienced registered nurse to join the Interventional Radiology Lab at The Johns Hopkins Hospital. You will care for inpatients and outpatients undergoing imaging-guided procedures, including sedation oversight, IV starts, and post-procedure monitoring.

The role requires an active Maryland or compact RN license, BLS CPR, and a minimum of 6 months acute care RN experience with preference for high-acuity inpatient procedural background; 1 year

Qualifications

• Active Maryland or Compact RN license at time of hire.
• BLS CPR certification required.
• 1 year recent high acuity inpatient procedural experience preferred; minimum of 6 months acute care RN experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide care to inpatients and outpatients undergoing imaging-guided procedures.
• Assist with moderate sedation, IV starts, line management and peri-procedural care.
• Ensure patient safety and contribute to a safe procedural environment.
