• Carries out the plan of care to achieve expected outcomes.
• Coordinates care delivery and oversees support team activities.
• Documents patient care and concerns in the patient record.
• Maintains standards of practice and promotes a safe environment.
• Communicates issues to the Charge Nurse/physician as appropriate.
