Qualifications

• Graduate from a recognized, accredited school of nursing
• Georgia RN licensure required and in good standing
• BCLS - Basic Life Support required
• New graduates eligible for PRN positions
• 1 year hospital experience preferred for PRN roles

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to patients across the lifecycle using the nursing process
• Perform patient assessments and collect health data
• Develop and implement individualized care plans with measurable outcomes
• Coordinate care with ancillary staff and family education
• Document care and communicate with Charge Nurse and physicians
• Ensure compliance with policies and standards of practice
• Promote a safe environment and quality patient care
• Lead and collaborate with team to achieve optimal patient outcomes
