Job summary

Hackensack Meridian Health is seeking a Registered Nurse in Interventional Radiology in Old Bridge, NJ. You will provide direct patient care and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to achieve high-quality outcomes.

You will collect comprehensive data, perform age- and disease-specific assessments, and develop patient-centered plans of care. Medications are administered using advanced bar-scanning technology and you will communicate progress to patients and families.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Nursing or nursing diploma required.
• BSN in progress or willing to pursue within three years.
• Six months of relevant nursing experience or Nurse Residency Program.
• Current RN license in New Jersey.
• BLS/CPR certification within 60 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Collect comprehensive data related to the patient's health.
• Perform age- and disease-specific assessments independently.
• Recognize clinical and diagnostic status changes in patients.
• Develop and coordinate patient-centered plans of care.
• Communicate and implement the plan of care effectively.
