Job summary

Crouse Health in Central New York is seeking an Interventional Radiology Registered Nurse for a full-time day shift (7:30am–4:00pm, Monday–Friday) with 1 week on-call every 3–6 weeks. The role offers a $10,000 sign-on bonus and competitive shift differentials.

The RN provides expert nursing care in IR, adheres to scope of practice, and supports education for patients and families to promote recovery and wellness.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing degree program.
• Currently licensed as a Registered Professional Nurse in New York State.
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required.
• 1 year of Critical Care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides professional nursing care within Interventional Radiology services.
• Leads a culture of safe care per the Nursing Practice Model.
• Performs assessment, planning, diagnosis, evaluation, and implementation of plan of care.
• Educates patients and families to promote health and wellness.
• Administers Moderate Sedation under MD or NP supervision.
