Job summary

Cooley Dickinson Hospital, Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver care in the Cardiovascular Suite – Interventional Radiology. The role is within the Massachusetts Nurses Association Bargaining Unit and reports to the Nurse Manager/Director.

The position requires MA RN licensure, BLS, ACLS, and experience in moderate sedation; prior interventional radiology or catheterization exposure is preferred. Expect 8-hour shifts with floating and on-call requirements.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in MA required
• BLS certification required
• ACLS certification required
• Current moderate sedation experience required
• Interventional radiology experience desired
• Catheterization experience/hemodynamic monitoring/interventional radiology experience desired
• Excellent technical, interpersonal, organizational, oral, and written communication skills required

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient care through the nursing process of assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation.
• Coordinate and direct nursing care for patients based on clinical standards and collaborate with other professionals to ensure quality outcomes.
• Provide nursing care in the CVIR setting under the Mass General Brigham framework and report to Nurse Manager/Director.

Education

RN licensure in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
