Job summary

Innova Solutions is seeking an RN - Interventional Radiology for a 13-week contract in Plano, TX. The role requires 2 years IR experience and EPIC proficiency, with RN, BLS, and ACLS certifications. The position includes on-site work with a 7am-7pm/5:30p rotating day off schedule and on-call shifts.

The ideal candidate will coordinate patient care, perform nursing assessments, and ensure safe transitions with a 1:1 patient ratio. This assignment is open to W-2 qualified applicants only.

Qualifications

• RN with Interventional Radiology experience and EPIC proficiency.
• Certification in BLS and ACLS required; neuro IR experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient care by the health care team using the nursing process.
• Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care and outcomes.
• Promote safe patient transitions and minimize delays or complications.
