Staff Today Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for Los Angeles, CA, to assist with interventional radiology procedures in a controlled, non-emergency setting. The role requires an unrestricted CA license and at least 1 year of special procedures experience in a Level 1 Trauma environment.

Day, weekend, and holiday 10-hour shifts are available. You will administer medications and moderate sedation, perform pre- and post-procedure care, and support physicians during interventional radiology

• CA license/certification in good standing
• Minimum 1 year Special Procedures nursing experience in a Level 1 Trauma Institution
• AHA BLS Certification
• LA City Fire and Life Safety Card (LA City)
• LA County Employee Health Clearance before start date
• Copy of PSV from licensing board or verification agency if required
• Copy of current required certifications (BLS, N95 fit test, immunizations, TB test)

Responsabilidades

• Assist providers with diagnostic, therapeutic and minimally invasive procedures
• Provide specialized nursing care for interventional radiology and vascular procedures
• Perform pre-procedure assessments and obtain patient histories and consents
• Administer medications and moderate sedation per hospital policy
• Monitor patients during procedures and assist physicians and technologists
• Provide post-procedure recovery and patient education
