Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking an Interventional Radiology Registered Nurse (RN) for travel assignments based in Providence, RI. The RN supports physicians during imaging-guided procedures, conducts initial assessments, plans care, administers medications, reviews labs, and documents patient histories.

Requirements include an active RN license for the state, at least 1 year in Interventional Radiology (CRN preferred), CPR, and compliance with relevant standards.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse License for the state in which the nurse practices
• One year experience in Interventional Radiology preferred
• CRN certification preferred
• Complies with all relevant professional standards of practice
• Current CPR if applicable
• TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
• Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
• Must be at least 18 years of age

An Interventional Radiology Nurse is a specialized RN whoassists the physician with medical imaging such as MRIs, ultrasounds orX-rays. The RN - InterventionalRadiology is responsible for patient care during the entire process, includingthe initial assessment, the plan of care, administering medication, checkingfor lab results, and reviewing the patient’s medical history.

Minimum Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse License for the state in which thenurse practices
