Job summary

McLaren Health Care in Michigan is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Interventional Radiology unit. You will deliver nursing care within the unit's scope, following hospital policy, standards of care, and nursing process guidelines.

Essential responsibilities include assessing patients, planning and implementing care, and supervising ancillary staff. ACLS/NRP/PALS certifications are required or to be obtained as specified, with schedule listed as full-time.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current State of Michigan Registered Nurse license.
• ACLS within six months for specified units.
• NRP for Labor and Delivery; and PALS for Pediatrics.
• TNCC within one year for the Emergency Department.

Responsibilities

• Assesses each assigned patient, documents and evaluates their response to plan of care, and takes appropriate corrective action.
• Plans and implements the patient’s plan of care/standard of care and provides patient teaching using the plan of care/standard of care.
• Oversee all ancillary personnel for technical tasks.
