Job summary

Qualifications

• Current Texas RN license and valid permit to practice.
• Six months of RN experience or completion of probationary NC I period.
• Current BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and document daily patient care.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Provide patient/family education using Teach-Back.
• Coordinate care with inter-professional team and ensure safe hand-offs.
