Job summary

UCSF Health, AG seeks a highly skilled Interventional Radiology Nurse Practitioner to deliver procedural and clinical care across the IR patient experience, including pre-, intra-, and post-procedural management. The APP will collaborate with IR physicians and care teams in outpatient and inpatient settings and must be flexible to work at all UCSF Health locations.

Minimum requirements include CA RN license, NP license, CA NP furnishing number with Schedule II privileges, and NP national board

Qualifications

• Master of Nursing or DNP required.
• NP with at least 6 months of NP experience.
• Two years of inpatient or acute care NP experience.
• Ability to independently perform inpatient E&M assessment.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert procedural and clinical care in interventional radiology across the patient journey.
• Conduct pre-procedural evaluation and intra-procedural support.
• Manage post-procedural care and follow-up per protocol.
• Collaborate with interventional radiology attendings and care teams.
• Work across UCSF Health facilities/locations.
