Job summary

CUC, Inc. in Cincinnati and Dayton is seeking a high-caliber Clinical Marketing Liaison for Interventional Radiology/OBL to lead local market growth. This hybrid role blends strategic physician outreach, clinical intake operations, and patient-experience quality management.

You will partner with HQ, observe patient journeys on clinical days, optimize field strategies, and build trusted referral relationships with Orthopedic Surgery, Primary Care, Sports Medicine, and Pain Management.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build professional healthcare relationships.
• Experience selling catheters or IR devices is a strong plus.
• Deep understanding of Interventional Radiology procedures and physician trust-building.
• Highly organized with ability to coordinate stakeholders and teams.
• CRM management experience using HubSpot or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

• Physician outreach and relationship building in the field.
• Position MSK Embolization as a premier non-surgical option for pain.
• Collaborate with HQ to leverage data-driven target lists and market insights.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation of physician contacts and pipeline in CRM.
• Deliver clinical education and Lunch & Learn sessions locally.
• On-site OBL operations and intake coordination.
• Identify intake bottlenecks to optimize the referral funnel.
• Provide outcome feedback reports to referring physicians within 2 weeks.
