The AMI Vascular Institute has an exciting Cross Training opportunity available to new graduates and current, licensed Technologists! Interested in expanding your skillset and specializing in Interventional Radiology? The cross training position will provide you with a comprehensive training experience wherein you will transition from X-ray Technologist to Interventional Radiology Technologist.
At AMI, our Interventional Radiology Technologists assist with a variety of procedures, assist in patient preparation, and oversee the coordination of supplies and equipment.

The Interventional Radiology Cross Training position will prepare the technologist for the following responsibilities:
This position will train primarily in the Somerdale and Vineland Vascular Insitute locations, with training at least once per month in the Galloway, NJ office. The work schedule includes four (4) ten (10) hour shifts of 7am-5:30pm on weekdays. There are no weekends, nights, or call with this position. Schedules are subject to change based on business needs.
QualificationsEligible and qualified candidates are upcoming graduates of an accredited school of Radiology or have a current and valid, NJ DEP X-ray license and are ARRT certified. American Heart Association (AHA) or Red Cross Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required and must be obtained prior to the start of employment. Candidates must be flexible with day shifts and with potential rotation to our other offices.
Qualified candidates possess and demonstrate exceptional interpersonal and communications skills, fostering a patient focused & team centered environment.
